Happy New Year 2010 icon:mark3_sign03icon:h_noteicon:h_kira02icon:face_self-conscious_smileicon:h_kira02

Can’t believe another year has passed..

It’s 2010 now and we are no longer able to write

200?, double “0” anymore..icon:face3_kao20

My 2010 New Year’s resolutions would be..

Be happy, be young, be energetic, be exciting, be challenging and be Richicon:mark3_sign01icon:h_heart04

wahaha icon:face3_kao07

Anyway, snow storm on the first day of 2010 here in Nisekoicon:mark3_sign01icon:h_kira02icon:w_5_typhoonicon:h_kira02

And everything everywhere is as white as ever in the morning~icon:mark3_sign03icon:h_kira02icon:h_kira02icon:w_4_snowmanicon:h_kira02icon:h_kira02

But real hard to dig the car out from there..icon:face3_kao17 it’s Samara’s car..

Forget about the car coz today, we’ll be taking the bus for our New Year’s journey.icon:ya_b_car01icon:h_f01

20100102_ny_breakfast_set

About 15mins ride on the bus to Hanazono 308 and we had breakfast there.

Croissant, french fries
and vanilla ice cream icon:f_c_softicon:h_kira02

Not a very healthy meal for breakfast。。icon:face3_kao17

I normally have coffee and muffin for breakfast here…(muffins were really nice icon:h_heart09)

20100102_ny_breakfast

But just for today, crispy fries for a happy morning, a happy new year~icon:h_heart04

20100102_skiAfter breakfast, time to SKI~icon:mark3_sign01icon:s_skiicon:h_kira02

My 2nd time up to the mountain without an instructor..

The first time when I went up there, I nearly thought that I’m gonna stuck up in the mountain forever for it was almost impossible for me to get down that slope safely icon:face3_kao21

Can’t believe they said that, Silver Dream course, is a course for beginner..

Am I not even at a beginner level icon:h_hatena04 icon:face3_kao13

Well, I’m back to the base safe and sound now…though having a few humpty dumpty fell throughout the whole course..icon:face3_kao13

My 2nd try was not as bad…

Erm…as in ‘falling’..

But having a great snow storm icon:w_5_typhoon up in the mountain…icon:face3_kao21

It was all calm and beautiful down at the base of the mountain..

Never expect it to be a STORM up thereicon:mark3_sign01icon:face3_kao12

It was all WHITE-OUT, can’t see a thing from 2 meters away..icon:face3_kao12

That was really bad and we thought of going down by the lift..

and guess whaticon:h_hatena03 icon:face3_kao13

The wind was too strong and they have to stop the lifts from runningicon:mark3_sign03icon:face3_kao13icon:face3_kao13icon:face3_kao13

OMG..what to do icon:mark3_sign02

We have to ski down..

But we can’t possibly slide down through Silver Dream, coz it was hard even during a clear bright day! Can’t tell what would happen if we go down Silver Dream in this storm..icon:face3_kao12

There’s another beginner course, called Holiday course..

People said, that course should be easier..

So we had no choice but to trust them..

It was not that bad indeed..icon:face3_kao17

There were 1 or 2 steeper slope but other than that, it was fine.icon:face3_kao20

Slide all the way down. SAFEicon:mark3_sign03icon:h_heart05

STORM was scary, but it was kind an experienceicon:mark3_sign01It was excitingicon:mark3_sign01

Somehow, I felt the power of nature through the storm..

Felt through my body that the earth is living..

I think I truly felt in love with the mountainicon:h_heart08

I normally do, but this time is different..it’s just hard to tell..

It’s not just because it looks beautiful..

I felt them living..

It’s the magic of nature..icon:face3_kao22icon:h_kira02

But never should anyone underestimate the mountains. icon:yb_m_mountain in the sense of safety.

Anyway, after the storm ride..

At first, I thought it was sunburn, but an instructor told me it was wind-burn..

And I know now it was actually from the freezing coldness..icon:face3_kao28

Waiting for the busicon:h_kira02

Holiday course leads to a different ski resort, so we took a bus home and took a bus again back to where we started..coz I left all my stuffs there..icon:face3_kao18

The free shuttle bus station is just right in front of our homeicon:mark3_sign01Damn convenienticon:mark3_sign03icon:h_heart08

We went to the Onsen near our home, like really near, maybe about 1 min walk..

Onsen is the best after a real hard dayicon:mark3_sign03icon:yb_s_spaicon:h_kira02

And of course,
