This winter, the different story.★2015/04/11 00:15
See story of Last winter!
See story of This winter, the Sonata. (1st part)
This is the different version (2nd part) of our winter in Niseko this year
This was a journey, an adventure of me with my Little-big-boss traveling without hubby without daddy
(Yappi was busy with his work..)
Yappi dropped us at the airport and went to work straight away
First, we had breakfast at Royal Coffee Shop in the airport (Haneda)
French Toast breakfast set
We were quite on time when we arrived at the waiting lobby but the flight was late due to heavy snow in Sapporo reported
.
.
.
.
.
I was worried that we might not going to make it that day..
Thank god, the gate opened an hour later
Excited on the plane waiting for the take off
Just when the plane started to move, Little-big-boss took off to his dreamland
.
.
.
.
.
Ready to go out to the snow~~~
(We arrived one day earlier than Yuki-chan )
See story of This winter with Yuki-chan
.
.
.
.
.
Next step, waiting for the bus to the car rental shop!
.
.
.
.
.
All set in the car
Visited a friend in Sapporo on the same day
And, stayed a night at a nearby hotel (Apa hotel Sapporo)
Had a quick breakfast
before we head to the airport again to pick up Yuki-chan and Yuki-mommy
.
.
.
.
.
Once we were in Niseko,
we planned to have loads of snow-time
But unfortunately, poor Little-big-boss got a stomach flu on the very first night we arrived in Niseko
Had been vomiting whatever he consumed, even water..
He himself was quite okay except the vomiting part
He wanted to eat and drink, but his stomach was not allowing him to..
I limited his food/water consuming..
At night he kept waking up asking for water..
I can only give him a sip or two at once..
He kept nagging,
“I wanna drink water, I wanna drink water”
And it was heartbreaking where I can’t give him more
In the morning, he had some porridge
He ate them very eagerly, he looked just fine
I thought he was fine too until he vomited again
We still went to a nearby ski mountain, Asahigaoka Ski Park in Kutchan to have a leisure snow playing time
Little-big-boss didn’t seem to have much energy for the snow that day..
.
.
.
.
.
It was great that Little-big-boss was getting better before the last day of the trip
We still made it for some fun snow-time together
Little-big-boss looked completely well after the flu (@Hanazono Niseko Japan)
He had too much fun on the tube that he actually didn’t even let me sit on the tube together at all
Though I still able to convinced him for a snap
.
.
.
.
.
We moved to Grand Hirafu Ski Resort at noon to continue our snow-time
Yuki-chan’s mommy went for a ski lesson and I was in-charged to watched over the kids
They were good kids No hard time at all
Back to the snow..
A snap with Little-big-boss
Yuki-chan’s mommy was back for a group-snap
.
.
.
.
.
Noon-nap time~
.
.
.
.
.
My turn to have a free-time!!
Can’t possibly leaving this wonderful snow mountain without a run from the top
.
.
.
.
.
The FOOD-time
Since Little-big-boss was not too well for most of the days, we didn’t eat out much.
Ramen at Hanazono 308.
Good hot ramen after the coldness in the snow
Italian food at Trattoria Bleu Cielo.
They had a very comfy space with toys for kids to play!!
Chinese food at Xie Xie Chinese Cuisine (シェイシェイ).
It was good and spacious.
We preferred the taste more at Kouka Chinese Cuisine (広華)
.
.
.
.
.
Time to go home..
Waking up..
Feeling heavy to leave..
.
.
.
.
.
But happiness continues

This winter, the Sonata.★2015/04/07 01:57
See story of Last winter
Yes, we went to Niseko again this winter
This time the winter in Niseko was spent with a friend,
a “girl” friend
Meet Yuki-chan
Yuki-chan is a friend from baby swimming class since 1 year+ ago
Yuki-chan was happy holding hand together and,
Little-big-boss was acting as if he was caring for Yuki-chan, leading her as a reliable man..
They are ready off to a snow wonderland
.
.
.
.
.
While on the way, they were playing and chatting all the way..
Till they dozed off, having a noon-nap together
.
.
.
.
.
As always, once arriving Niseko,
we were always greeted by the great Mt. Yotei
.
.
.
.
.
This winter, we stayed at Tabi-Tsumugi, a hotel for backpackers in Kutchan town
This place was fabulous
Cheap, clean, good master with great service
Washing machine with dryer (extra charges), clean kitchen to use, sharing shower room and toilet, any information about Niseko, free ride to Niseko mountains, etc, etc~
With extra 700yen, they provide a very nice Japanese-style breakfast too!
See more reviews at Trip Advisor Niseko Tabi-Tsumugi Backpackers
The dining area~
Breakfast-time
After breakfast,
both play a little while in the room before going out for snow-day~
One play the sled
One play the tube
And a noon-nap together
.
.
.
.
.
The next day after breakfast..
.
.
.
.
.
What a wonderful scooping snow-day
.
.
.
.
.
And a noon-nap together
.
.
.
.
.
Every single day on this trip (4 nights), we went to the onsen (hot spring) for a bath
Love the onsen especially onsen in the snow
Onsen we went
Yukoro ゆころ温泉
Yukokoro Tei 湯心亭温泉
Kutchan Onsen Hotel Yotei くっちゃん温泉ホテルようてい
It’s just one of the “wonder of life”
Sexy man getting ready for the wonder bath
Cold milk/yogurt after a hot hot bath
.
.
.
.
.
On the last day,
After breakfast together
It was time to go home..
.
.
.
.
.
Returning the rental car,
Hopped on to a bus
Saying goodbye to the snowland
It was time to part
It was time to bid farewell
.
.
.
.
.
But, memories are always be within
.
.

Last winter!★2015/03/13 18:38
Yes, this was last winter (2013 Dec) when I planned for a holiday to Niseko, Hokkaido, a snowy land where I used to live a couple of years ago
Preparing Little-big-boss for the snowy snow land
though he was not too happy of the new snowsuit trying out
Yappi daddy went together with us to Sapporo to visit a friend
Though, he went back home on a plane the very next day
Me and Little-big-boss then driving a rental car all the way to Niseko which took around 3~4 hours on a snowy road
When we are getting nearer to Niseko, we will always have the best welcome greet from Mt. Yotei the symbol of Niseko
.
.
.
I love Mt. Yotei so much
that I would never get tired of looking at it every single day,
never tired of taking pictures every time I see it for Mt. Yotei shows a different face all the time!
(Talk about this maybe another time )
Though in winter, it hide itself quite a lot behind the clouds
We were staying at my friend, Ran’s house for 10 days
She was a great host my very reliable friend in Niseko ever!
She and her boyfriend was so kind to be our host,
and everything was being prepared so well!
Our room for 10 days! A very very cozy tatami room
Thank you Ran and Yasu-kun!
After a night of recharging, it’s SNOW-TIME~!
.
.
.
.
.
I remember that I was really excited waking up looking out of the window and it was snowing!
A little warming up in the snow No where far from Ran’s house.. just along the neighbor’s garden
After warming up, it’s FUN SNOW TIME in the park!
.
.
.
.
.
We played a lot at Hanazono Niseko ski resort, where I used to work at
Tubing~
.
.
.
Sledding~
.
.
.
Walking around FREELY in the snowy mother nature
.
.
.
Riding on mommy’s snowboard~
.
.
.
I got to go for a ride when Little-big-boss was having his noon-nap! Just for one of the beginner run though..
What we ate in Hokkaido!
.
.
.
.
.
Dinner with Yappi daddy in a restaurant (魚活鮮とあぶり焼 海へ 川沿店) (Sapporo)
An izakaya inside Apa hotel where we were staying. Thank god they have a restaurant inside coz it was hard for us to go out again in the snow at night with a baby!
Very very nice sushi, sashimi lunch! 仙寿司 (Sapporo)
A must try in Hokkaido, SASHIMI!
Lunch at Jojo’s Cafe & Restaurant (Hirafu village)
I think they are famous with their burger but I ate the fried rice instead here
Nice and cozy place just facing the big Mt.Yotei
Lunch at Patty Daddy Burger (Kutchan town)
Very original! Yummy
Dinner at Soup Curry Tsubara Tsubara (Hirafu village)
Very famous with their soup curry
The udon in the pic is Little-big-boss’s dinner by mommy
Tea-time at Milk Kobo (Higashiyama area)
Famous with their cream puff and the beautiful view of Mt. Yotei from the shop
Dinner with Ran at Kouka chinese restaurant 広華 (Kutchan town)
The food here were very authentic!
The fabulous breakfast prepared my my dearest host, Ran!
Thank you Ran!
The udon I made for Little-big-boss
Made quite an amount of the udon and packed to the freezer~
FRIENDS in Niseko~!
.
.
.
.
.
Shintaro-kun Very kakko ii guy served as your ski instructor!
Though Little-big-boss was crying when being carried
Nagi-chan My colleague back then
Ai-chan and Kazuki-kun My ex-colleague’s (Shokotan) kids! Very very good and very very cute kids!
Mashiro-chan Nagi-chan’s beautiful daughter!
My ex-colleagues and their kids~
A year back, Little-big-boss was still not too good with strangers
He was okay in the house when alone but cry~ cry~ cry~ the first 2 days whenever he sees Ran or Yasu-kun
After a while, he was okay anyways
In fact, he had fun with Yasu-kun
And feeling comfortable with Ran!

Snowboarding schoolgirl Haruka★2011/04/21 09:21
Yesterday posted Pengin pictures
Today gonna post pictures of schoolgirl Haruka ~
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Although on the internet, people tend to be more fond of Pengin, but schoolgirl Haruka gets more attention in the ski resort (in real) because of the mini-skirt in the snow..
I get a lot of my friends and some of my viewers on YouTube asking that if I don’t feel cold in that uniform
I actually was wearing 3 layers of inners from Heat Tech Uniqlo
3 layers of Heat Tech + uniform jacket = cold but not too extremely
I even had 2 layers of Heat Tech stockings and 1 pair of socks
One more way to keep warm is, to MOVE more
Anyway, thank you for all comments~
