Little-big-boss growing fast in my tummy! 4th prenatal checkup★2012/06/25 23:13
Little-big-boss sure is growing fast
From a bean-like baby forming into a human-like baby day by day so rapidly
Scan taken 2 months ago

4th prenatal checkup on 3 April 2012
17 weeks 4 days
Head size: 2.1cm
Estimate size from head to bottom: 6cm
Doc said the size above could be 17 weeks 1 day, a lil’ bit smaller than the size it should be for 17 weeks 4 days
This is what the scan shows~ Head has grown so much Cannot fit the whole body into one scan anymore
*Don’t really know the one sticking out at the bottom was the baby leg or umbilical cord..
Normally on 15 weeks onward, some may get to know whether the baby’s a boy or a girl IF the baby is in a good position where you get a good view of it but still usually could not be 100% sure on a scan.
And here’s mine~

4th prenatal checkup on 3 April 2012
17 weeks 4 days
Good view eh? Straight from the bottom haha
Doc said, “something in between the legs..might be a boy..”
after a few more looks on the ultrasound screen, doc said again, “hmm..the more I look at it, the more to me that it’s a boy!” .. so funny when the doc describes it
There is something sticking out in between..
But can’t be too sure yet.. coz that might be the umbilical cord or something still
Though the doc, Yasu and I, all think that little-big-boss is a boy hoho
I have a cousin sister when she was in her mom’s tummy, doc kept saying that it’s a boy and everybody was so shocked when she was born as a girl
Things just happened
Anyway, since on my 16 weeks 5 days (28 March 2012), I think I felt little-big-boss moving Not a strong one, so can’t be too sure.. but on this 4th checkup, saw him moved for the first time on the screen so excited
Since then, felt him more and more..and more~

Yellow spring at Mother Farm★2012/06/24 16:13
Spring is not just sakuras in Japan~!
Other than a pink spring, I had a yellow spring this year too
A yellow spring at Mother Farm (マザー牧場) in Chiba
The official website in Japanese / English. (Japanese one has more contents)
Mother Farm is actually a sight-seeing made farm for visitors located at the top of a mountain. This place has a very charm view, very breezy, very cute farm animals, very nice
.
.
.
.
The tickets
Don’t know how many types do they have, but we’ve got a sheep tic and an alpaca tic~
Yes, they have ALPACAs in the farm Alpaca has been very popular in Japan these days
.
.
Pic source: http://www.motherfarm.co.jp/news/alpacameet.html
See how cute alpaca is
This is the view from inside the farm~ Up at the mountain
Spot the yellow part! That is the yellow spring we are gonna visit
Before that, lunch first
Time still at around 10:30am but we din’t wanna get stuck with the crowd at lunch time. Eat earlier avoid the traffic
.
.
A very oily lunch, but the fried thing quite yummy with broccolini flowers
There’s a BBQ service house there too for lunch! Big space, nice view great fun for a BBQ party if come in group
.
.
Looking like this not lunch time yet, so still no one around. Order food ingredients at the shop and BBQ~ easy
kinda miss Hokkaido ..BBQ-ing so often the whole summer in the great nature
Checking the map for our yellow spring
The nearest spot was just down the stairs near the lunch station.
And here!
The name of this yellow bush is Broccolini flowers (菜の花, na no hana). It’s actually a type of vegetable similar to broccoli. Tasted quite nice in the fried thing I had for lunch
Siu-siu (笑笑) two-shot time hoho

Yappi looks like a little boy here
First time self-taking photos’ background looking so magnificent
.
.
.
.
Walking down and up a little..
and there’s a little space with a table and bench to rest
But somehow, while we were resting and taking some photos..
we were also kept asking by other people to take photos for them.. busy yappi
Totally a different view from the opposite side
Trees still in the state of preparing to turn green
Baby momiji (maple leaves) started to grow so cute
This place supposedly a farm with a lot of farm animals for people to enjoy and learning about them.. but we were here more for the flowers, trees and the tranquil~
I like farm, but prefer to visit a real farm some place like Hokkaido wahaha

and the sheep
to prove that we were really here at the Mother Farm

The Sakura★2012/06/22 01:09
My new renovated blog, hoho thanks to Yappi~ we did it together but he did all the programming stuffs~
But by importing this blog, all my previous “Facebook Likes” gone~~
Anyway, thanks everyone who LIKES before
Because of this renovating, which I couldn’t blog for a period of time, I know I am way too late talking about the sakura season..but still, sakura was amazing.
Always just too pretty to believe that this magical moment last only for about a week
Though I didn’t go anywhere special for a Hanami (sakura viewing, a Japanese culture) this year, everywhere was just full of sakuras blossoming
.
.
.
.
This was taken from the hospital carpark I went Sooooo pretty~
And this was taken at night in Shibuya, one of the most busiest city in Tokyo Yes, sakura is as charming as ever even at night coz of it’s bright whitish pinkish petals!
Siu-Siu (笑笑) two-shot time
Can’t leave without some memories of us being here before, anywhere we go
Taken somewhere by the road near a park (Mitsuike Park) that we planned to go but couldn’t find any parking.. so we ended up viewing sakuras by the road instead..
.
.
.
.
Love the background full of SAKURAs~
Sometimes feeling awkward to post all these 自慢な (self-proud?) kinda photos up.. just wanna keep as our own record of memories
.

Larger view of the sakuras by the roadside~ not bad eh?
